The hot stone massage combines the relaxation forms of massage and energy treatment with the beneficial effect of special heat-storing lava stones.

Native American and Hawaiian peoples have long recognized the healing power of hot stones,the hot stone massage has its origins here.

During the hot stone massage, all parts of the body are first massaged with the hands and then with the warm lava stones over a treatment time of 50 or 80 minutes.
Some stones are placed underneath or on top in order to specifically stimulate certain points.

The hot stone massage offers the opportunity for healing and relaxation on a mental, physical and spiritual level.
Heated stones, combined with aromatized oils, glide over your body, releasing uncomfortable pain points and tension.

Possible causes of tension and blockages

In many cases, the cause of the tension that is felt is also in adjacent body zones, or even in body parts that are "connected" to the affected zones via meridians and nerves.
It is therefore important to have a conversation with the practitioner before an intensive application in order to determine the causes.
Blockages and tension are often caused by circumstances that are not immediately recognizable, such as stress and constant strain at work, in the family or in everyday life.
