Hygiene regulations at Casa del Silencio
We work according to the applicable Corona regulations and hygiene regulations for the respective federal states and regions.

In our house, the currently valid conditions for visiting sites in which "physical services" are provided apply.
We do not offer medical massages, which is why the regulations for medically necessary treatments do not apply to us.
We ask for an early reservation -Hhere is our"online portal" for the Budenheim location available for booking.Appointments in Wettenberg can be booked at the reception of the sauna paradise.
- The access requirements for the sauna facilities may deviate from our regulations because they are in different areas of the company.
- The regulations can be found on the respective notices or information on the homepage of the Sauna-Paradies Wettenberg & Schwitzkasten Budenheim
- Our reception is manned daily from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., the telephone in Budenheim has been switched to a mobile device or an answering machine is running when we are in treatment.
- "Online" bookings are possible at any time - appointments are available no earlier than 3 weeks after the booking date.
Appointment reservation "online"
From now on you can also request and reserve your massage appointments online with us in Budenheim!
- Choose the desired appointment with your therapist and send us a reservation "online" (this reservation is NOT a guaranteed appointment).
- We check availability and reply within 6 hours (except at night), confirm your request or - if the appointment is already taken - send you an alternative appointment suggestion if necessary.
- When you book, you will receive an SMS or an email from us with the appointment, which you can then upload to the calendar on your smartphone or in Outlook.
- You will receive an SMS reminder from us 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that you do not forget us.
Cancellation costs:
The cancellation period is 24 hours, which means that you can cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment. In the event of late cancellation or non-appearance for the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price.
